Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Showrunner: the Showrunner Chrome extension, the Showrunner Print Bridge and the showrunner.tools website, operated by Core Commerce LLC ("we", "us"). By using Showrunner you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Public beta
Showrunner is in public beta. It is free during the beta, it may change, and features may be added or removed. Things may break; please tell us when they do.
2. What Showrunner does
Showrunner reads your own live show's seller page in your browser and prints labels on your printer. It does not act on your selling account: it never clicks, bids, posts or messages on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Showrunner only with your own seller account, or one you are authorized to operate.
- Follow the terms and policies of the platforms you sell on. Showrunner is not affiliated with or endorsed by any live-selling platform, and those platforms may change their sites in ways that stop Showrunner working.
- Check your labels and orders. Showrunner helps with organizing; you remain responsible for what you ship and to whom.
- Don't misuse Showrunner: no reverse engineering to get around licensing, no attempts to access other users' data or our systems, no abuse of the feedback or contact forms.
4. Fees
Showrunner is free during the beta. When paid plans start (currently planned at $10 a month or $100 a year, with a 7-day free trial and optional add-ons), we will tell you in advance, prices will be shown before you subscribe, and you can choose whether to continue.
5. Our content
Showrunner's software, name, logo and site content belong to Core Commerce LLC. During the beta, labels include a small Showrunner tag line.
6. Disclaimers
Showrunner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always detect every sale, that every label will print, or that it will keep working with any third-party site or printer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Core Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits or data, arising from your use of Showrunner. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Showrunner in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta, that is nothing).
8. Ending use
You can stop using Showrunner at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend access for misuse or end the beta, with notice where we can.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you about material changes. Continuing to use Showrunner after a change means you accept it.
