Showrunner ("Showrunner", "we", "us") is a product of Core Commerce LLC. This policy explains what the Showrunner Chrome extension and the showrunner.tools website collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: the extension keeps your data on your computer, and we only receive what you choose to send us.

1. The Chrome extension

What it reads

The extension reads your own live show's seller dashboard on whatnot.com while it is open: the current item's title, price, timer, bid count and, when an auction is won, the buyer's username. It needs this to print labels. It does not read other pages, your messages, your payment details or your account settings.

What it stores, on your computer only

This stays in Chrome's storage on your computer. We never see it unless you send it to us.

What it talks to

De-identified usage counts

With each license renewal the extension sends a few numbers for each finished day: how many labels it printed, reprints, test prints, failed prints, sales it saw and shows with a sale. Numbers only: never item titles, buyers, prices or which shows. We add them to totals for that day so we can see whether Showrunner is working and how much it is used. To count how many sellers were active on a day without knowing who, we mix your account id with a random value made for that day and keep only the result; the random value is deleted after two days, so the daily totals can't be tied back to any seller.

The extension never clicks, bids, posts or sends messages on whatnot.com, and it does not send your show data anywhere else.

3. How we use it

To answer you, fix bugs, decide what to build next and, once accounts exist, to run your account and subscription. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it except with the service providers that run Showrunner (Google Cloud and Firebase, for hosting, sign-in and storage) or when the law requires it.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Buyers' usernames

Buyer usernames appear on labels and in your sale history because they are on your own seller dashboard. They stay on your computer unless you include recent sales in a feedback report, in which case we use them only to diagnose that report.

5. Keeping and deleting

Feedback is kept as long as it helps us support you and improve Showrunner. To have your feedback or account data deleted, use the contact form on our Support page. Removing the extension deletes everything it stored on your computer.

6. Children

Showrunner is for sellers and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the extension or by email for material changes.
